This is a tale of nipple tape, glove socks and the most fabulous running crew the Helsinki City Run has ever seen. Maybe.
Last Saturday, for no particular reason, the Cru decided to go for a little run. Joined by approximately 17,500 other people, they ran the streets of Helsinki, through Keskuspuisto and back, and got swept up in the euphoria of a sea of neon shirts and lycra pants. The intrepid, swashbuckling crew ran solidly, stopping for nothing or nobody. Not bad for a bunch of nerdy neckbeards.
